| Laura Benavides Lara |
Apasionada por el Arte, la Filosofía y la Psicología, cursó la licenciatura de Psicología (tres años) en la Universidad Ramon Llull, Facultad Blanquerna (Barcelona). Después ingresó en la Escuela de Artes Llotja (Barcelona), donde se especializó en Esmalte Artístico al Fuego sobre Metal.
Ha recibido formación en las áreas de pintura, dibujo, narrativa, interpretación y danza.
Actualmente está cursando el Grado en Psicología en la UOC.
Durante años trabaja como freelancer para diversos joyeros, esmaltando sobre plata y oro, piezas modernistas y vitrales.
En Guimarães, Portugal, se hace miembro fundador del colectivo artístico Orquestra del Invisível (O.d.i. Creations), y colaboradora en CAVE, Asociación Artística Vimaranense.
Su trabajo es una exploración constante de la realidad interior y el inconsciente colectivo, en un intento por hacerlo visible, salpicando emociones en parpadeante voluntad, con el vértigo y la tranquilidad inherentes en el alma humana.
Sus pinturas son el resultado de un determinado momento y, por ello, irrepetibles en su totalidad.
Cuenta con exposiciones en España, Francia, Italia, Rusia y Portugal.
Os invitamos a viajar a través de su mundo; un lugar con un lenguaje propio, una vida en movimiento expresada en imágenes.

Laura was born in 1978, in an old village of farmers and fishermen, currently popular for tourism, called Lloret de Mar.
Although I know, that in the depths of her heart, she wanted to join the Faculty of Philosophy, she studied Psychology (three years) in the Ramon Llull University, Blanquerna Faculty (Barcelona). Then she entered in the School of Arts Llotja (Barcelona), where she specialized in Artistic Enamel on Fire above Metal.
She has received training in the areas of painting, drawing, storytelling, performance and dance.
Her work is a constant exploration of a inner reality and the collective unconscious, in an attempt to make it visible, with the vertigo and tranquility inherent to the human soul.
Her paintings are the result of a particular time and therefore completely unique.
